Pelicans (+) over Raptors- The Toronto Raptors were off to a quick start last night only to faulter in overtime to Atlanta (Power Play winner) and have now dropped their last two contests. They have not dropped three straight since games since November/December but are facing a Pelicans squad that is 9-3 at home against the East and are 4-0 ATS in their last four games playing with two days rest. The Raptors believe it or not are 7-0-1 ATS in the last eight meetings and 10-1 ATS in their last 11 meetings in New Orleans.
