Red Sox over Rangers- From what I've seen I just can't believe the numbers I see for Jon Lester. It seems like every time I see him he's just mowing down hitter after hitter and still he's just 3-4 with an ERA of 2.59 and a very respectable 1.09 WHIP. Lester has given up 43 hits in 48.2 innings while tonight's mound opponent Martin Perez is 4-2 with a 3.59 and only 41 hits in 47.2 innings. Just seems odd that the Red Sox are favored here. Weekends have been good for the Bean-towners winning 13 of 19 saturday's while Texas has dropped eight of last 11 overall.Take BOSTON!
