Baltimore at Seattle 10:10 ET
Mariners over Orioles- It's difficult to understand why a potential playoff team (they currently qualify) is under .500 at home (25-28) as the Seattle Mariners are while the Orioles have a better road (29-22) then home record (26-23). Even though Baltimore is 6-2 in their last eight meetings in Seattle and are 10-4 in the last 14 in the series. But, tonight Seattle has the pitching advantage with Hisashi Iwakuma (8-4, 2.95 ERA) who has a 0.99 WHIP for the season while his mound opponent of Baltimore Wei-Yin Chen (10-3, 4.21) has surrendered 123 hits in 109 innings with a WHIP of 1.30. Chen has has the benefit of 5.4 runs per contest but it will catch up with him tonight. Take SEATTLE!
