Browns (-) over Rams- 'I know, I saw them both last week and they both stink'. The Browns got lucky with a back-door Hail Mary cover against Washington while the Rams were being pushed around by the Packers. The issue here is that there still is competition at quarterback for Cleveland and now there is no pressure on Johnny 'Football.' Watch what happens here. More relaxed, further along into the process Manziel will be better and so will Bryan Hoyer. This is the Browns home debut with first-season head coach Mike Pettine looking to impress the faithful not to mention that Jeff Fisher is 2-12 straight-up in Week 3 of preseason. St. Louis is not as far along as many think and are having serious problems moving the ball. Take CLEVELAND!
