Rangers over Royals- Is this really happening? Do the Royals really have a 2½ game lead of the Detroit Tigers? I guess so, I read it in the papers this morning. They have done it by winning 23 of their last 29 games and are facing the only team in MLB without 50 wins. Texas will start Nick Tepesch (4-7, 4.15) who has not allowed more then three runs in any of his last five starts and has one career appearance against Kansas City. Last season he allowed an unearned run in 6+ innings to earn a win. Take TEXAS!
