This is a 6* BIG-CHALK PLAY OF THE WEEKEND on the Twins.

The Twins have only won two of their last ten games. They broke a four-game slide with a 2-0 win over the Pirates yesterday, so there's no taking the foot off the gas here obviously.

Minnesota was picked by many to be competing for a title at the end, so the Twins have a lot of ground to make up here after this poor stretch of play.

And they have to be feeling confident by sending their ace Michael Pineda to the whill, who shut out the Red Sox over seven innings in his last start. The veteran is now 1-0 with a 1.00 ERA.

His counterpart today is confirmed "gas can" Trevor Cahill, who is 0-2 with a 9.69 ERA, most recently getting shelled for six runs over four innings in a loss to the Brewers on Saturday.

Sometimes a favorite is a favorite for a reason and in this case, Minnesota should in fact be a much larger one in our opinion.

The value swings to MINNESOTA.
