Penn did not play last year due to COVID. The Quakers have a starting five which have not seen any real action since 2018/19.
FSU was 18-7 last year and 11-4 in the AAC. The Seminoles return two starters and six other players from last year's team.
Penn has way too many unknowns coming into the season. FSU is ready to battle for the ACC title.
