The Colorado offense has not been great but they also have gotten better all over on the defense. The Rockies will rely heavily on their good power and their good base moving as well. I love the way Charlie Blackmon plays with his big robust swing - that is so much better than what anything Cincinnati brings to the game. Colorado has a better defense than Cincinnati and because of their glove work, they beat the Reds.



Cincinnati is poor on the power side - and Jim Riggleman will have to try and scheme something up to try and help with this terrible deficit. Cincinnati doesn't adjust, and Riggleman cannot seem to figure out how to use 34 yr old Joey Votto. They really need to try and open up the batting game and make the scoring game a little easier, with no players yet in double figures in HRs.

Colorado is better from top to bottom and look for Charlie Blackmon and Arenado to have big games and we are backing them on Saturday night.
