This series has been TIGHT. 1 - 1 going into game 3 in St.Louis, and I like the Dodgers chances of closing it out.
Dodgers are dominant against righties, and with the Cardinals starting Dakota Hudson tonight (4.0 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and 50 strikeouts) who is 6-5 this season, 2 - 3 in his last 5 starts, and 4 - 1 at home.... It makes sense why the Dodgers aren't -180 or higher.
Dodgers are starting Tyler Anderson on the mound tonight, who is 9 - 1 with a 3.15 ERA, 1.03 WHIP, and 77 strikeouts.
Dodgers have the better pitching matchup in this final game, and are the better Run scoring team. STL have the better hitting average, but vs an ace like Tyler Anderson, I certainly don't see many runs from the Cardinals in the first 5 innings.
I'll take the Dodgers today at a decent price to win tonight's matchup and the series. Sprinkle some money on the Under 9 Runs overall, and Sprinkle some money on the RunLine for the Dodgers.
