Marcus has not played well this season, 2-5 win/loss record, 4.69 ERA, 54 Strikeouts, and a 1.15 WHIP, but he is 2-2 on the road. The cubs bottom ranked in runs, and top 6 is runs given as a team.

There's no reason to not side with Philly who are starting Zach Wheeler on the mound, who has been decent this year. He has an 8-5 record, 2.89 ERA, 108 strikeouts, and a 1.08 WHIP.

He should take care of business in the first five innings, and with the Phillies being the better pitching team overall, they should win this game handily.
