Pittsburgh Steelers at Jacksonville Jaguars NFL Preseason Saturday August 20
(NFL) Pittsburgh vs. Jacksonville,
Point Spread: 3.50 | -126.00 Pittsburgh (Away)
Result: Win
Mike Tomlin has a well above .500 record in the preseason which is unusual among NFL coaches. Most experienced NFL coaches are around .500 or below so clearly he likes to win in the preseason. He is still trying to figure out what he has with Mitch Trubisky, Mason Rudolph and Kenny Pickett at Quarterback so the offense will stay in gear most if not all game. Tomlin confirmed Thursday that Trubisky and Pickett will both play significant time and have the first offensive line in front of them. In their game last week they beat the Seahawks and scored 32 points. Meanwhile the Jaguars lost to Cleveland 24-13 in the first preseason test for them and generally looked awful. Add to this the Steelers are getting a field goal plus the hook and I love the Steelers plus the points.
