Say what you will about the Maple Leafs being without Auston Matthews (which will be the case again as he is in Germany getting treatment), they have played solid hockey of late. The Maple Leafs are 6-1-0 in their last seven games, including wins over the Capitals, Oilers and Golden Knights in that stretch. Toronto has been stingy in their own end as the combination of Anthony Stolarz (7-3-2, 2.18 GAA, .927 save percentage, shutout) and Joseph Woll (4-2-0, 2.00 GAA, .922 save percentage, shutout) have been stout between the pipes. Utah is playing their second game in as many nights after whipping Pittsburgh 6-1 Saturday, while Toronto has been off since Wednesday. The Maple Leafs give up an average of just two goals per game on home ice while Utah, even after that outburst Saturday, tally only 2.73 goals per game on the road this year. This game might be fortunate to get to five or six goals, but it won't surpass it.
