Calgary is ninth in the league by allowing 2.73 goals per game this season. Meanwhile, Detroit is just tied for 25th in goals per game as they average only 2.52 goals per contest. The Red Wings are middle of the road in goals against, ranking tied for 17th by giving up 3.10 goals a night.
