Last time out it was a poor 21-14 home loss to ODU as a 3-point fav. The Panthers though have responded well in this spot for bettors dating to last year, going 3-1 ATS in their last four after a SU/ATS home loss as a favorite.
Marshall is 3-3 after its 24-23 road loss at Georgia Southern last weekend.
But with their bye up next, will the Herd get caught in a trap game here (letdown + look-ahead?!)
Georgia State used two QB's last week in Christian Vellieux, who finished with 211 yards, one TD and one INT, and Zach Gibson, who was 6 of 6 for 49 yards and a TD.
Marshall's defense has been its weak point this year. Look for Georgia State to comfortably sneak in through the back door down the stretch.
