The Lions are coming into this game off of a nice home win, beating the Falcons 20-6 in a bounce back win after losing at home to the Seahawks the week before. The Lions are coming into this game with it being their 1st divisional game of the season but they already proved they can win on the road as they beat the Chiefs on the road in week 1. Jared Goff has been getting better and better in this offense and he has been very accurate in their last 2 games, completing more than 65% of his passes. He has a lot of weapons to use on this offense as well and it will be too much for this Packers defense to handle. They are going up against a Packers team that is 2-1 after coming back down 17-0 at home in their last game against the Saints. They won that game 18-17 but they scored all 18 points in the 4th quarter as that offense struggled a lot at home against a good Saints defense. The tide also turned in that game with Carr going down as Winston could not keep the offense on the field and allowed the Packers to come back as the Saints defense started to wear down. The Lions have a good offense though with a lot of weapons and Goff has been playing well this season. He is going to lead this offense down the field and score points while the defense holds this weak Packers offense down. The Lions slipped up against the Seahawks but their defense showed up big against the Chiefs and the Falcons in their last game. They will get up for this division game as well knowing the Packers offense is banged up here and struggled to score points until the 4th quarter in their last game. The Lions defense will get after the Packers all night and the Lions offense will score the points needed to win. The Lions will win this game.
