Chelsea is coming into this match playing in very good form in their recent matches as they are starting to convert a lot of their scoring chances into goals. They have won 3 of their last 4 matches with no losses in that span and their attack has been much better recently as they have scored at least 2 goals in each of their last 3 matches. They are coming off of a 2-2 draw at home against Arsenal in their last match and even though they only came away with 1 point after jumping out to a 2-0 lead, they still played very well against one of the better teams in the Premier League this season. They are going up against a Brentford side that is coming off of a 3-0 win at home against Burnley in their last match but they have not been in good form recently. They have lost 4 of their last 6 matches and only have 1 win in their last 7 straight. When playing away from home, they have been worse recently as they have lost 2 of their last 3 matches with no wins in that span. Brentford has also had a major scoring problem this season now that Ivan Toney is suspended and they have been taking a big step back this year as they have not filled that need of a true goalscorer. Chelsea, on the other hand, has been producing many scoring chances in their matches for months but now they are converting them into more goals and that is going to be the difference here as Chelsea is the better squad.
