Betting Trend: Georgia is 4-1 SU (80.0%) in its last 5 games vs. top 25 scoring defenses.

Georgia's ability to keep QB Carson Beck upright is a big deal for the Dawgs. He has been sacked on just 2% of his pass attempts since 2023 and only once in the fourth quarter. I believe in Beck and feel confident he's the real deal.

Alabama struggled for three quarters with South Florida and I'm not sure Jalen Milroe will feel comfortable enough to be his best against the Dawgs' fearsome front. Georgia ranks third in SP+ on defense and proved its mettle in its 34-3 win against Clemson, a team that ranks 17th in SP+ and has destroyed Appalachian State and NC State since that humbling defeat.

I believe this will be a close enough game to bet the UGA ML with a little extra juice.
