As a Spartan, I'm always a little biased when handicapping my alma mater, but I'm giving the "real MSU" the edge on Thursday. I have found Michigan State equally irksome and entertaining this season given its highs and lows. That said, I still feel comfortable this team can play its best basketball in the tournament.

A lot has been made of their recent struggles, but as someone who watches every game, I can't say I was shocked. This team lacks interior scoring, but when it's hitting three-pointers, it's a mesmerizing sight. Ultimately, I feel the Spartans' superior guards are going to will their way to the round of 32.
