Philadelphia has shown signs of improvement especially with their latest win over division leading Atlanta 92-84 on Saturday. The Bulls have four four straight in the series and nine of the last 10 meetings but are 1-4 ATS the last four. Chicago just doesn't 'get up' for weaker teams as they are 3-12 ATS in their last 15 games against teams with losing records. Philadelphia is 9-2 ATS in tier last 11 at home and will get the money here against the limping Bulls. Take 76ERS!
