Tigers over A's- It seems that as Miguel Cabrera goes so go the Tigers. Cabrera appeared to break out of his slump by going 4-4 on Monday only to return with three strike out yesterday. During his mini slump Detroit has dropped five of it's last six games and will turn to their former ace Justin Verlander (1-2, 5.79 ERA) tonight. He is 9-6 with a 2.51 ERA in 16 career starts against Oakland but has not faced them since 2014. The A's will start Sonny Gray (3-1, 2.73) who we love but will play against tonight. Take the TIGERS!
