Both offenses have been underachieving. Here is their chance to get right going against vulnerable starting pitching in a great hitter's park. 

Youngster Deivi Garcia is set to make his season debut. He had a 4.98 ERA in six games for the Yankees last season. Garcia has a high ceiling, but is still very much a work-in-progress and in the developmental stage. 

Matt Harvey is going for the Orioles. Need I say more? 

OK, here's more: Harvey shouldn't be in a big league rotation. His last good season was six years ago. He had an 11.57 ERA last season. His ERA was 7.09 in 2019. This season his ERA is 5.12 in four starts. I don't think he's long to stay in Baltimore's starting rotation.
