Both starting pitchers - Ryan Vogelson and Cliff Lee - are vulnerable in this matchup.

Vogelson has posted a 2.92 ERA during his last four starts. However, three of those four starts were at home in spacious AT&T Park. The 36-year-old is far less effective on the road where his ERA is 5.18 compared to 3.04 at home. Vogelsong is an especially bad fit for power-friendly Citizens Park.

Lee hasn't pitched in the majors since May 18 due to a strained elbow. That's more than a two-month layoff. He last pitched a week ago in the minors and allowed eight runs, three of which were earned, in 4 2/3 innings. Lee is both rusty and distracted since there are heavy trade rumors swirling around him. The left-hander isn't helped either by a 10 mph wind blowing out to left and one of the weaker bullpens in the majors.
