AAA's CSU/COL Friday Night SUPER TOTAL *ESPN TV OPPORTUNITY!*
(NCAAF) Colorado State vs. Colorado,
Total: 59.00 | -105.00 Under
Result: Loss
This is an 8* SUPER TOTAL on the OVER between Colorado State and Colorado.

Setting the scene: Whenever these teams gets together it's a battle. Usually the games are close, within a score or two at the most. Colorado has gotten the better of Colorado State over the last decade, but last year the Buffs had to hold on for dear life in the 27-24 victory. The total has gone UNDER the number in seven of the last eight in the series, but we think that trend reverses tonight.

Colorado State: The Rams went from 10-3 in 2014 to 7-6 in 2015 in Mike Bobo's first year as head coach. Six starters return to the offense, with four returning on the defensive side of the ball. The Rams are going to be able to hang in this one offensively with capable QB Nick Stevens under center, but the defense will have its hands full after losing its top two sack leaders from last year.

Colorado: The Buffs are 10-27 in three seasons with Mike MacIntyre as head coach. He'll be on the hot seat this year and we're expecting the offense to be given the green light tonight. Colorado's strength is also on the offensive side of the ball, last season it finished in the top-50 in passing, averaging over 240 yards per game through the air. QB Sefo Liufau is healthy and ready to go, he's the school leader in completions (688) and total offense (7,842).

The bottom line: The good thing about this play is that we can count on each side giving everything it can until the final whistle. While these matchups have traditionally resulted in lower-scoring UNDERS, we feel that the conditions are now finally right for a higher-scoring shootout. Play the OVER.
