Suffice it to say, we're expecting a letdown finally tonight against this desperate Flames team. Note that Toews has just one goal and four assists in his last nine matchups against Calgary. The Flames thought they had a big upgrade in net this year by acquiring former Blues' goaltender Brian Elliot, who'd help eliminate the Hawks in seven games in the opening round of last season's Western Conference playoffs, but he's so far gone 0-3 with a 4.72 GAA. Elliot finished as one of the best in the league last year and we think he'll start to turn things around sooner than later. Note that Calgary has seen the total go UNDER the number in 26 of its last 29 following a loss by two goals or more, while Chicago has seen the total go UNDER in 32 of its last 59 after scoring four goals or more in its previous contest.
