Julio Teheran: He was 7-10 with a 3.21 ERA last year. Tehran has had a strong spring and gave up one run and two hits and a walk over five innings while striking out three in Team Colombia's 4-1 WBC victory over Team Canada a couple weeks back.

Noah Syndergaard: He finished 14-9 with a 2.60 ERA last season. Syndergaard has also had a productive spring, in his last tune-up he'd give up one run off four hits with five K's over six frames against the Astros.

The bottom line: We'd be shocked to see much offense with these two potential Cy Young candidates going head-to-head on Monday afternoon. Play the UNDER.
