Utah is rightfully getting a lot of support as it moved to the Big 12, but we suspect this Baylor side could be flying under the radar. Dave Aranda is on the hot seat after a pair of underwhelming seasons that haven't matched the Bears surprising Big 12 title in 2021. That Baylor team could run the ball, nearly 5.5 ypc; the past two editions didn't come close, and the offense sputtered. But Toledo transfer QB Dequan Finn is a true dual threat who was also the MAC MVP last season, and with nearly 2000 career rush yards to go along with better than 7000 career passing yards. Finn's presence adds a totally new dimension, and the Bears gave a sneak preview of things to come in last week's romp past Tarleton. Kyle Whittingham is glad to have Cam Rising back at QB for the Utes, but this was an even-up game last September in Waco and see no reason this one deviates much from that script. Play Baylor
