Washington at UCLA
(NCAAB) Huskies (WASH) vs. Bruins (UCLA),
Total: 137.50 | -110.00 Under
Result: Win
Not sure we are on any Bruins bandwagon just yet despite their five straight wins since their loss to New Mexico at Henderson three-plus weeks ago, holding four of those foes beneath 50 points. That sort of defense is often the trademark of Mick Cronin sides and certainly looks to be with this one, with length across the perimeter and enough size in the paint to handle the rough stuff. What the Bruins don't do particularly well is space the floor offensively, mainly because three-point shooting is a bit suspect at 31.7%. The Huskies are a work in progress sunder new HC Danny Sprinkle, who is now getting the 6-8 transfer FP he brought along from Utah State, Great Osobor, more involved. But like UCLA< U-Dub doesn't shoot triples very well, either (just 31.6%), and last year's matchup between these two at Pauley Pavilion landed only on 134 points (73-61 Bruins).
