Is the next NHL coaching imminent in Nashville with Andrew Brunette? For some longtime Preds watchers, the point of no return might already have been passed. They want someone behind the bench who can actually coach this roster, not just try to adhere to the Brunette "system" that the team quite clearly can't execute. Maybe the system is broken; maybe it's great, but Nashville has the wrong roster to implement. If Barry Trotz wants this season to go down the drain and be mathematically eliminated by March 1, he can sit on his hands. or perhaps do what Boston and St Louis have recently done, and many others before, and make a change now and hope for a turnaround.
