Hardly a prohibitive Run Line price on the Phils, especially with Zack Wheeler on the mound. More so because he's pitching tonight at CBP, where he's 6-2 with a 1.66 ERA this season. Double more so because he's facing the Marlins, who still can't hit. Which is main reason why Miami has lost in 13 of the 15 starts made by Trevor Rogers, who could sure for lack of support as several decent efforts have been wasted due to little or no run support.
