Astros over Rangers- Well, the Astros finally did it...the defeated the Texas Rangers for the first time this season after eight straight losses and halting a 12-game losing streak in Arlington. This game seems a bit odd as Houston comes up the favorite here with Collin McHugh (5-4, 4.97 ERA) getting the start. McHugh is 4-0 with a 3.99 ERA in five career starts against Texas while Rangers starter Martin Perez (4-4, 3.24) in 4-2 with a 1.71 ERA in six career starts against the Astros and yet he is an underdog at home.
