Angels over Mariners- Things are so bad for the L.A. Angels that rumors are circulating that Mike Trout is expendable. They have lost 12 of their last 13 while the Mariners have won eight of their last 10. Seattle finishes their seven game road trip tonight and will start Hisashi Iwakuma (14-7, 3.84 ERA) who is 8-3 with a 2.86 ERA lifetime against the Angels. So why with Matt Shoemaker (6-13, 4.22) on the hill for Los Angeles did they 'open' the favorite in Las Vegas. Shoemaker has lost four of his last five starts and is 3-4 with a 3.91 ERA lifetime against Seattle. This tells me it's LOS ANGELES!
