Pirates over Nationals- Washington is on the cusp of clinching the NL East as their magic number is two which means they can be crowned champs within 24-hours. Tonight the Nationals will start Gio Gonzalez (11-10, 4.48 ERA) who owns a 4-0 record with a 2.81 ERA in seven career starts against Pittsburgh. The Pirates will start Jameson Taillon (4-4, 3.39) who has permitted three earned runs or less in 11 of his 12 starts. If the Nationals play to the script it should take them an extra day or two to clinch. Take PITTSBURGH!
