Eagles (-) over Cowboys- After that display we witnessed last Monday night the 'Ginger' Jason Garrett said that the Cowboys will play all out even though they have the home field locked-up. Well, the odds-makers don't believe him as the Eagles were installed as a 4-point favorite. What I am being told here behind the scenes is that Dallas will not risk Ezekiel Elliott but we understand that Tony Romo will get some playing time.
