Bulls (+) over Kings- As expected the Bulls are the worst team in the NBA with a 3-17 record but are a surprising 9-11 ATS including 4-4 ATS at home. Sacramento has improved but not all that much as they are 6-15 overall including 2-9 straight-up on the road and 2-8-1 ATS. Chicago has lost their last seven games but the Kings haven't won in the 'Windy City' in over a decade and now they are favored (on the road no less). The Bulls have won the last five meetings and and get a much needed win here. Take CHICAGO!
