The Niners rate better in terms of offensive and defensive DVOA, are rested and in a desperate situation at home. San Fran has covered 3 straight when coming off a bye week and they’ve won those games by an average of +16PPG. Let’s also consider the 49ers were just a -3.5-point favorite a few weeks ago against the Packers which makes this line very appealing versus the Colts.
