Reds over Cardinals- These two division rivals went 16 innings before the Cardinals were able to defeat the Reds 5-4 last night to bring themselves within one game of the Pirates. Cincinnati is 3 ½ back of Pittsburgh for the division lead. St. Louis will send Lance Lynn (13-9, 4.29 ERA) to the mound and he has struggled of late going 0-4 in his last five starts although he is 3-0 with a 3.55 ERA lifetime against the Reds. Cincinnati will counter with Tony Cingrani (6-3, 2.76) who has 112 strikeouts in only 97.2 innings and he won't have to face Allen Craig who sprained his foot yesterday. Take the REDS!
