This is a 10* TOP DOG on the Colorado Rockies.
Both teams enter at 13-10. I think the home side at "plus money" is definitely the correct call here though.
Ryan Castellani (0-0, 0.84 ERA) has struck out ten and walked three in his last two starts.
Framber Valdez (1-2, 1.90) goes for Houston, but note that the Rockies are 7-2 in their last nine IL home games in which they're an underdog in the +140 to +155 range.
