These teams have been involved in several lower-scoring games of late, but I believe tonight's contest finally sets up as more of wide-open, higher-scoring affair.
The Hawks have won three of their last four after pulling way for a 114-103 win at Toronto last time out. They've seen the total go UNDER the number in four straight though, which is important for us to note, as the Hawks have in fact seen the total go OVER the number in eight of their last 12 after playing to three or more straight UNDERS in a row.
The Hawks also play with "revenge" after falling 106-98 as 3.5-point favs to the Heat in November. And that's significant to note as well, as Atlanta has seen the total go OVER the number in five of its last six in trying to avenge a loss against an opponent in which it was held to 99 or fewer points in.
Mimai has won four of its last five, it's for sure playing its best basketball of the season right now. Ater back-to-back lower-scoring home victories though over Milwaukee, expect the Hawks to push the pace, making the Heat have to follow suit.
