Things have not gone well for Sean Reid-Foley. The Blue Jays righty has made two starts ( both losses) and is sporting an unsightly 8.68 ERA. In 9.1 innings of work this season, he has allowed four home runs. The Marlins have been feisty lately and playing very competitive ball. They called up Jeff Brigham who makes his Major League debut against Toronto in the series finale here this afternoon. A power pitcher with a slider, Brigham came to the Marlins in a 2015 trade with the Dodgers. In 17 Minor League starts this season, he had a 2.36 ERA. He has good stuff and I think it will be enough to take down the BJays.
