I like Justin Verlander here at home on Friday afternoon as the Indians were barely above .500 on the road this year. Houston was 25-7 vs the AL Central this year, 66-36 vs Right-handed starters and 37-15 in day games.

A lot points to the Astros here and its no surprise that the defending champs will open the ALDS with their ace. Verlander was sensational last postseason, going 4-1 with a 2.21 ERA and 38 strikeouts in his six outings to help lead Houston to its first World Series title.
