ASA NBA top play on 10* Houston Rockets -7.5 over Oklahoma Thunder, 8 PM ET - Here is what we know for sure in this match up: OKC has lost a lot from last season’s roster. Gone is Dennis Schroder and his 19PPG, Danilo Gallinari 18.7PPG, Chris Paul and his 17.6PPG and 6.7 assists along with Steven Adams and his 11PPG and 9.3 rebounds per game. Wait, we forgot Nerlens Noels who contributed 7.4PPg and 4.9RPG. That leaves one returning starter from last season Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to man the (sinking) ship. Houston is going through some changes with a new coach and James Harden asking out but he’s still on the roster and will play well in an effort to increase his trade value. The Rockets added John Wall, Christian Wood and DeMarcus Cousins along with PJ Tucker and Eric Gordon which made this a solid roster. Houston had the 8th best home point differential in the NBA last season at +5.4PPG with a 24-12 SU home record. Harden has averaged over 30+PPG the last three season’s and he’ll get his here in the opener and the Thunder literally have no answers. The Rockets were minus 5 and 5.5-points last season at home against the Thunder when they had a playoff caliber roster. That’s not the case this season. Houston by 10 or more.
