The Bulls continue to be wildly erratic, every few games seeming to remind of what they can do when all of the pistons are firing, such as the 128-102 demolition of the Nets on Monday when Josh Giddey recorded a triple-double. Not much consistency, however, with Chicago; the Bulls haven't won back-to-back games since late October (vs. the Grizzlies and Magic). Every win since has been followed by a loss, often with complete failures on the stop-end, no surprise as Chicago continues to maintain some of the worst defensive numbers in the league. Meanwhile, the Spurs are managing just fine minus the sidelined Gregg Popovich, recently having unfurled a four-game win streak for interim Mitch Johnson, while Wemby continues his dizzying ascent, twice scoring 34 points since last Tuesday.
