Philly has taken two of three so far in this series, and with its ace on the mound on Thursday afternoon, I like it to keep the good times rolling here as well.
Aaron Nola is 2-1 with a 2.84 ERA and 32 K's. Nola's already dominated the Cards this year, throw a complete-game two-hitter with ten K's in early April.
St. Louis is struggling with offensive consistency now with Yadier Molina on the injured list.
Kwang Hyun Km is 1-0 with a 4.15 ERA and 12 K's. He faced Philly on April 17th and conceded three runs off five hits.
Philly has won four of Nola's five starts this year and he's by far the superior starter here. The Phillies' slow start has them playing "catch up" already, so there's no "looking past" the Cards in their own building this afternoon.
